Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
At Ariya Store, we strive to provide the best shopping experience. Our return and refund policies are designed to ensure fairness while protecting the business from unnecessary losses. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Cancellation Policy
1. Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not allowed through our website.
2. Ariya Store reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. Refunds for such cancellations will be processed as per our refund policy.
Return Policy
1. Returns or exchanges are available for selected products only. The return eligibility of a product is mentioned on its respective product page and is subject to change without prior notice.
2. Customers must initiate a return request within 4 days of delivery. Requests made beyond this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. If our pickup service is unavailable at the customer’s location, the product must be self-shipped to our office address at the customer’s expense. Ariya Store is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
4. Return or exchange requests may be subject to additional charges depending on the product category and reason for return. The final decision on any return request lies solely with Ariya Store.
Conditions for Return
• The product must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
• The original packaging, tags, and invoices must be intact. Returns without original tags will not be accepted.
• Customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Any damage, wear, or alteration to the product after delivery voids the return eligibility.
Refund Policy
1. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after the returned item passes a quality check. If the product fails quality inspection, it will be sent back to the customer without a refund on cost of the customer.
2. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or store credit, as determined by Ariya Store.
3. Shipping and return handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed error on our part (such as wrong or defective product).
4. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider’s policies.
